AFT Minimum and Maximum Scores

Each Army Fitness Test event scores from 0 to 100 points. Five events make the maximum total 500. The minimum to pass an event is 60 points. The minimum total is 300 on the General standard and 350 on the Combat standard. Both checks apply: one event under 60 fails the test even when the total is high.

The numbers below are the raw performances on the scales effective June 1, 2025, which are still current. A result at or beyond the 100-point line scores 100. A result that only reaches the 60-point line scores 60. Score your five events in the AFT calculator.

Maximum

100 points on an event. 500 points for the test. The tables do not award more than 100 for a single event.

Event minimum

60 points on every event. The scales also list performances below 60, down to 0. Those scores do not pass the event.

Total minimum

300 for the General standard. 350 for the Combat standard. Five events at exactly 60 total 300.

100-point performances

Deadlift is pounds and the push-up is repetitions. The plank is the hold that scores 100. Sprint-drag-carry and the 2-mile run are the times that score 100; a faster time still scores 100.
